Four Windows, One Door

Painted wood, glass;   2015;   96" x 144" x 8"

Designs for windows and doors are adapted from mid 20th century builder's manuals.  The horizontal dimension of the glass is squeezed while the width of the casing and trim is kept in proportion, emphasizing the decorative aspect over the functional.  Standard molding designs are duplicated on the table saw.
